Please read these terms and conditions in full prior to placing an order.


Custom orders
A 50% non- refundable deposit is required for all custom orders, payable via paypal or direct deposit. This is to cover the cost of materials. 
Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before placing the order.

Any further items ordered after deposit made will be invoiced separately with further deposit required. These can be posted separately once completed, or the entire order can be posted together to save on postage.

Once deposit paid, your order will go on the order list, and you will be notified when it is due to be commenced.


MEASUREMENTS 
Some measurements are often required for custom orders. In the event that I do not already have the measurements for your item, I will need to get you to measure for me to ensure we get the perfect fit.
Please double check these measurements are correct before sending them to me, as I will make the custom item to those specific measurements and may not notice any mistakes or inconsistencies with the measurements given.
In the event that incorrect measurements are given and the custom item does not fit, the item can be remade at your cost. 
If I have made an error with measurements myself, I will remake the item at my own cost. To do this, I will need photo documentation of the incorrectly fitting item and will double check all measurements given with those used.

The time it takes to complete an order will vary depending on the items ordered, and how busy I am with other orders at the time. I will always communicate with you regarding the progress of your order and any delays that may occur.

Final payment is due on completion and must be paid in full within 14 days unless prior arrangement has been made. 
Order will be posted within 2 working days of full payment being received.


POSTAGE
Postage costs are based on Australia post charges, including packaging and postage. I aim to provide the cheapest yet most reliable postage as possible, and to do this I cannot offer tracking for small items such as singular bibs or dummy clips etc at letter post rates. I can however offer optional upgrade to registered post at an added cost for your peace of mind.

All larger orders will be sent in a trackable satchel which are priced as follows: 
Up to 500g $8.25
Up to 3kg $13.40
Up to 5kg $17.10

Insurance can be purchased for an additional $1.50 per $100 of package value. 
Tracking number will be sent to you immediately after posting for your records


GUARANTEE
All Inspired by Linc handmade products are backed by a 6 month quality guarantee. (unsless is is marked 'As Is' at time of sale and any flaws will be declared)
This guarantee covers all areas of the handmade product under normal conditions and provided the product is looked after correctly according to care instructions.

Some Features of our products which are covered by guarantee include stitching durability, binding application, snap/press stud functionality, and fabric quality.

Your products are guaranteed not to tear, break, come apart, or fail to suit their purpose within 6 months of purchase. This does not cover general wear and tear or outgrowing of the product.

In the event that your Inspired by Linc product does not satisfy the above guarantee, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss. 
After determining nature and cause of the issue, I may offer you a repair or replacement of your product.
